Refund Policy
All unopened products may be returned within 14 days of the date purchased with an original receipt, or may be exchanged for product or credit. Any product or merchandise is nonrefundable if opened or used.
Packages or series of treatments are refundable if requested within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. If a refund is requested after 30 days, then only store credit can be issued. In the event that a package or series of treatments have begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series has not been completed. If you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the prorated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Manhattan Skin & Laser Medspa.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. “No shows”, and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to treatments in a timely manner. Please be courteous and call the office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be relocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you at least call 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to needed appointments. How to cancel your appointment

A late cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment within 48 hour advanced notice. A ” No show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it in adequate manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “No show”.
